Established in 1951 in Singapore, Kulicke & Soffa provides semiconductor packaging and electronic assembly solutions. The company targets the automotive, communications, consumer, data processing, industrial and FPD markets.
In 2018 the company launched an advanced placement solution for MicroLEDs, in collaboration with Rohinni. In February 2021 Kulicke & Soffa acquired US-based microLED placement developer Uniqarta.
