Innovision
China-based Innovision develops microLED microdisplays, based on the company's vertically-stacked pixel (VSP) technology. The company's microdisplays are said to achieve high display densities and efficient operation.
In November 2022, Innovision raised its Series-A funding round of a few USD millions. The company started building its production line in March 2024, and soon afterwards the company demonstrated an XGA vertically-stacked full color display, that offers a brightness of over 500,000 nits. In March 2025, the company started trial production of microLED microdisplays.
In early 2026, the company released its 2nd microLED microdisplay, a 0.06" 2.5 micron pitch panel.

Innovision officially launches its dual-color Chimo P13 microLED microdisplay, begins low-volume commercial production
Last month we reported that Innovision showcased its latest microLED displays at SID Display Week 2026, and unveiled its Chimo P13 dual-color microdisplay.

The company now officially launched this new 0.13" 640x240 (4 um sub-pixel pitch) display. The Chimo P13 is a single microLED panel that combines green and red microLED chips, based on the company's WLVSP (Wafer-Level Vertical Stacked Pixel) design.
Innovision showed its latest microLED microdisplays at SID Displayweek 2026
MicroLED microdisplay developer Innovision showcased its latest microLED displays, along with a selection of monochrome and RG (red+green) polychrome waveguide modules, and headsets that utilize the company's displays, at SID Display Week 2026 last week.

The main products on display was the Chimo M06 microdisplay, a 0.06-inch microdisplay (the company says that this is the smallest microdisplay in production) that offers a 540x280 resolution (2.5 micron pitch), 240Hz refresh rate with red, green or blue versions. The company also demonstrated the Chimo M06E display engine based on this microdisplay. Chimo M06E achieves a compact lens volume of just 0.03cc and weighs only 0.08g. Compared to the previous generation's 0.15cc optical engine, this substantial reduction in volume frees up more space for AR glasses design, better meeting the demands of lightweight daily wearables.
