Asus has launched several new products, including the company's first microLED display, the 135-inch 4K ProArt Cinema PQ07. The company targets applications such as broadcasting, virtual production - and home cinema. The price tag of the ProArt Cinema PQ07 is $200,000.
The display features a 0.7815 mm pixel pitch, 2000-nits peak brightness and a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut.
We are not sure who produces the display for Asus, but this is a very interesting announcement and hopefully we'll learn more as Asus will showcase the new display at NAB 2023 next week. The company did not yet reveal pricing and shipping information on the 135" microLED - but it's likely to be an extremely expensive displays, as most other microLED displays at similar sizes carried a price tag of $100,000 or more.
