Raysolve raises almost $15 million, shows its new microLED multi-core fiber optical I/O solution

Raysolve Optoelectronics has successfully raised almost 100 million RMB ($15 million USD) its pre-A4 financing round, led by CMB International Capital, with participation from FinTrek Capital and an unnamed industrial investor.

Raysolve says the funds will be used to accelerate its R&D and product development, and also its industrial outreach, in both microLED AR microdisplays and microLED optical I/O.

In May 2026, Raysolve demonstrated its latest monochrome and full-color microdisplays, including a 850,000 nits full-color QDCC display. Its PowerMatch 1 monochrome green microLED display achieves a brightness of 7 million nits (10 lumens of luminous flux). The PowerMarch 1 full-color display, based on blue LEDs and a QD color conversion layer deposited using lithography (Raysolve brands it as Quantum Dot Photolithography technology, or QDPR), offers 850,000 nits, delivering up to 1 lumen of luminous flux.

Raysolve also updates that it is active in the optical I/O market. Raysolve says it began to explore applications in 2021, focusing on high-speed modulation, high-density parallel channels, efficient light output, and low crosstalk. The company is now working with leading players in optical interconnects and optical modules, advancing its solutions through functional validation, performance optimization, and end-application validation. Earlier this month, at CIOE 2026, Raysolve presented a Micro-LED optical interconnect validation platform jointly developed with its partners, demonstrating high-speed signal transmission from multiple microLED channels through multi-core fiber.
