Raysolve demonstrates its latest microLED microdisplays at SID Displayweek 2026, progresses towards mass production

Raysolve Optoelectronics has demonstrated its latest microLED microdisplays at Displayweek 2026, both monochrome and color versions. The company also demonstrated a range of AR waveguide solutions developed with partners.

The PowerMatch 1 monochrome green microLED display achieves a brightness of 7 million nits (10 lumens of luminous flux). The company says that this high brightness is an improvement over previous versions in both device brightness and optical efficiency, achieved by its continuous refinement of manufacturing processes and optical architecture.

The PowerMarch 1 full-color display, based on blue LEDs and a QD color conversion layer deposited using lithography, offers 850,000 nits, delivering up to 1 lumen of luminous flux.

Raysolve says that its monolithic full-color microLED technology has officially progressed from the technology validation stage to the device-level product verification stage, representing a key step toward scalable commercial deployment.

Together with partners, Raysolve showcased several AR waveguide solutions, spanning multiple optical architectures and technical approaches. The demonstrations included a diffractive waveguide system featuring prescription correction and photochromic lens capabilitie developed  with ZEISS, a highly transparent geometric optical waveguide solutionge developed with Raypaitech, a polymer-based diffractive waveguide technology developed with Meta-Bounds and an innovative one-to-two diffractive waveguide solution developed with Optiark.
