Arne brings more than 10 years of experience in industrial operations, gained through roles at Barco and later at Sumitomo Bakelite. With a strong background in operational scaling, manufacturing processes and development programs in automotive-related environments, his profile aligns closely with QustomDot's roadmap as the company further expands its production capabilities and strengthens its position in high-performance MicroLED applications.
The company continues to focus on applications requiring high reliability, high brightness and industrial grade performance, including automotive displays, wearables and other advanced display technologies.
According to QustomDot , this focus is supported by the addition of operational expertise, which is intended to further enhance manufacturing readiness, customer engagement and production scale-up activities.
