LEKIN Semiconductor

Suzhou-based LEKIN Semiconductor was established in 2021, following the acquisition of LG Innotek's optoelectronic compound semiconductor IP. The company's main products include high efficiency ultraviolet LEDs, infrared VCSELs, automotive LEDs, and other optoelectronic devices.

In 2025, the company announced plans to build a $735 million automotive-grade modules and displays production line. In the second phase, this fab will be used to develop and produce microLED displays.
