Innovations Festival: Free online MicroLED and next‑generation display event – secure your place now!

MicroLED-Info, together with TechBlick, invites the community to join the upcoming Innovations Festival, a free-to-attend online event taking place on July 10, 2026 (1300–20:00 CET).

The event will bring together engineers, researchers, entrepreneurs, display makers, and industry stakeholders working across MicroLEDs, AR/VR, advanced displays, and next-generation electronics. MicroLED technologies will be a central theme, featured alongside adjacent developments that are critical for future display ecosystems, from advanced materials to novel integration and manufacturing approaches.

The festival format emphasizes short, highly focused 10-minute presentations, enabling attendees to efficiently scan a wide range of innovations, from early-stage research to commercialization efforts. The event will feature multiple parallel tracks, and as an attendee you can freely switch between them to follow the topics most relevant to your work.

MicroLED talks include

QubeDot - 2:45 PM - MicroLEDs from displays to interconnects - European display production & foundry service
Polar Light Technologies - 3:00 PM - Pyramidal microLEDs in the same material system paving the way for RGB emission in micro displays
Fraunhofer IAP - 3:15 PM - Enabling Full-Color μLED Displays: Giant Shell Quantum Dots as Stable and Efficient Color Converters
Coherent Corp. - 3:30 PM - Residue-Free Laser-Induced Forward Transfer of MicroLEDs
Instrument Systems - 3:45 PM - MicroLED Microdisplay Metrology

AR/VR display talks include:

TechnoTeam Bildverarbeitung GmbH - 6:15 PM - Measured Spectral Ray Files: Angular and Spectral Source Characterization for AR/VR Displays
Morphotonics - 6:30 PM - Multi-Wafer Nanoimprint Lithography: A Panel-Based Approach to Scalable AR Waveguide Manufacturing
AddOptics - 6:45 PM - Creating the world's most advanced prescription lens technology for Augmented Reality glasses
VueReal - 7:00 PM — Integrated MicroSolar for Power Efficient Displays

This flexible, cross-disciplinary format is particularly relevant for those working on MicroLED devices, backplanes, drivers, optics, materials, and system integration, as it highlights both enabling technologies and downstream applications. Participation is free of charge, but registration is required and spaces are limited (first come, first served).
