Chengdu-based Guangyu Gaowei announced their latest smart glasses, the Coray Air2. The company says the AR glasses utilize silicon carbide waveguides - the first of its kind.
In terms of the display engine, the Coray Air2 uses a full-color microLED display engine, JBD's Hummingbird, that enables a 640x480 resolution with a maximum brightness of 6,000 nits. The display engine utilize three monochrome microLED panels.
The company is currently offering the Coray Air2 in a special develop edition, priced at 5,699 Yuan (almost $800 USD).
