ASUS announced a partnership with Fujifilm, to integrate ASUS' microLED display technology with the Synapse 3D advanced medical imaging platform.
The two companies are launching a 81-inch FHD (1920x1080) 0.93 mm pitch microLED display to enable precise visualization of 3D reconstructions, organ segmentation, and surgical planning. Equipped with ReiLI AI technology, Synapse 3D automatically identifies key anatomical structures and provides over 50 specialized modules covering radiology, thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, transplantation, cardiology, and urology.
ASUS did not detail when it expects this display and system to reach the market.
In September 2025, Asus announced a new large microLED display, the ProArt Cinema PQ09U, targeting large-scale creative environments. This is a larger 162" display built from the same modules as the newly announced 81-inch display. The 4K ProArt Cinema PQ09U offers 1,200 nits peak brightness and a 97% DCI-P3 color gamut.
In 2023 Asus launched the ProArt Cinema PQ07, a 135" 4K 2,000 nits panel that carried a price tag of $200,000.
